Rules

Please read all of the rules prior to the first practice, game, or event. Rules must be followed by Players, Coaches, and Spectators. Ejections, and or terminations from the league without refunds may result for not following the rules. Remember, Safety first.

Required equipment: Mouth Piece, Shorts/Sweat Pants without pockets, sneakers. If glasses are worn, they must have a sports retaining strap. Flag Belts and Jerseys will be distributed by the league.

Banned Equipment: Helmets, pads, any type of brace or cast with hard or unyielding material.
