Rules

Please read all the rules prior to your first game, practice, or event. Rules must be followed, or players will be terminated from the league without a refund.

Required equipment: Mouth Piece, Shorts/Sweat Pants without pockets, sneakers. If glasses are worn, they must have a sports retaining strap. Flag Belts and Jerseys will be distributed by the league.

Banned Equipment: Helmets, pads, any type of brace or cast with hard or unyielding material.
