Testimonials

I think flag football is AWESOME!!  I would NOT play any other sport in the winter.  I have made many friends and have had great coaches.  Flag football keeps kids healthy and teaches kids simple football fundamentals.  Coach Tim is an OUTSTANDING person, he not only coaches, however, he also lets kids like myself referee at games.  My experience with flag football and Coach Tim has been so rewarding.

Kayne Farquharson
: A standout Miami Hurricanes Wide Receiver who hails from Homestead and was destined to be a Miami Hurricane because his first name is pronounced "Cane". This player literally came out of nowhere. He did not play high school football because he had to take care of his sister while his mother worked. Kayne was "discovered" at a Church Flag Football League by a friend who had ties to El Camino J.C. Kayne became a starter after catching five passes for 120 yards and a touchdown in his team's first preseason scrimmage in 2005. Earned All-Conference honors as a freshman after catching 23 passes for more than 500 yards with six touchdowns. Also returned a punt 60 yards for a TD and scored on a reverse. In 2006, caught 51 passes for 904 yards and nine touchdowns. Was the MVP of the state championship game in California, scoring three touchdowns in the second quarter three different ways (reverse, kickoff return and reception). Rated the No. 5 JUCO player by SuperPrep. Name pronounced: CANE FAR-kuh-son. No he did not play for our league, I just wanted to post this bio I found as encouragement. You never know what can happen. Always have faith. More Testimonials Coming Soon
